The Custom House is based at the Ashford International Truckstop alongside the Sevington Border Control Post. It follows that we are ideally situated to pass on import and export documents to drivers when they need to present the paperwork with goods arriving or departing via the Port of Dover and The Channel Tunnel.

As an example, acting as an Authorised Consignor location, we provide Transit Accompany Documents to an average of more than 100 HGVs a day.

As we are open 24/7, we can ensure that drivers are not inconvenienced by missing paperwork, no matter what time of day they arrive into or depart from the UK.

Original and emailed paperwork

We can accept courier delivered original documents or emailed paperwork to be printed and passed onto the driver.

On receipt, we provide you with a unique reference number to share with the driver, who then uses this to collect the paperwork from our office.

At the same time, the driver can make use of the excellent facilities at the Ashford International Truckstop, which includes free parking for an initial hour.
