The Custom House’s warehouse in Ashford is perfectly situated as a delivery point for e-commerce goods being returned to the EU. Vehicles destined for the Continent, via Dover or the Channel Tunnel, must pass our premises, which is less than five-minutes drive off the M20.

Process

Goods can be returned from the customer by courier or Royal Mail, to be checked in and palletised, before being re-exported.

We manage a range of goods including bulk items, such as are vehicle parts and accessories. In addition, we facilitate the delivery of ambient foods to customers in the EU from UK suppliers.
